Pico De Gallo

Pico de gallo is delicious, versatile and made of completely fresh, healthy ingredients! You can have it as a light appetizer, topping for meats, dressing for salads, etc! I'm always looking for ways to add more vegetables to my diet and this is the perfect blend of colors (AKA nutrients!). 

If you're looking for healthier mexican dishes, try serving this over chicken or salmon! 



  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/4 Large Red Onion
  • 1 TSP minced Garlic
  • Cilantro to Taste
  • Garlic Salt to Taste
  • Pepper to Taste
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime

Chop and mix together in a bowl!
