Crunchy, tasteful, and mouth-watering with every bite... Asparagus is seriously the best side dish to compliment any seafood or meat. Smothered and tossed in a little love and everyone will be wondering how a vegetable could taste so good! I paired it with my Rosemary Parmesan Salmon and it made for the perfect lunch!
Lately, I've been trying to minimize my carbs at dinner time, but in order for me to do so, I really need to be satisfied and filled by the other key menu items. I've been helping myself to an extra serving of this undeniably good asparagus dish in place of sweet potato fries and have felt 100% happy by the last bite.
Some of my favorite tools.. as you can see :)
