Fresh 5 Minute Salsa

This is quite possibly the easiest Salsa you'll ever make and it's delicious too! It's all fresh, raw ingredients (which are sometimes difficult to incorporate into daily diet) and it takes 5 minutes to throw together! No chopping required. What you do need is  an awesome blender! To each is own, but I personally LOVE my Ninja! It has specific features such as blending, chopping, etc that I use based on what I'm doing in the kitchen. I personally like my salsa a little chunky, so I pulse mine as not to make it too fine!

My favorite thing about salsa, is you're getting a spoonful of cancer-fighting antioxidants in one delicious bite. It might be my favorite way to sneak in an extra serving of vegetables! It's my go-to suggestion for my clients who struggle to get kids to eat vegetables. Also, the blender so finely chops everything that texture does not become an issue.

Take 5 minutes and go make it... NOW!

Directions

Ingredients

  1. Add all ingredients (whole) into blender and blender until smooth.
  2. Store in air tight mason jars.
  3. It's that easy. You're done!
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 TBSP Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • 1 Green Onion
  • 1 Cup Cilantro
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Lime
  • Jalopeno to preference
  • Garlic Salt to taste

I prefer to make my salsa in larger batches and store it in convenient mason jars. Mason jars will keep your salsa fresh and preserve the health benefits of it. I love to have it on have and enjoy with some baked tortilla chips as a healthy snack!
