In the heat of summer it's easy to be tempted by ice cream, otter pops, fudge bars and many other sweet treats. Having kids makes it an extremely easy excuse to have them at a hands length away! Popsicles are actually extremely easy to make and can be full of antioxidants and various health benefits without all the cancer feeding sugar!
I'm always searching for the healthy alternatives to have on hand during those moments of weakness and these Fresh Berry Lime Popsicles hit the spot every time! The recipe is ridiculously simple, containing 4 ingredients only and takes 5 minutes to make!
- 1 Cup Strawberries
- 1 Cup Raspberries
- 1 Cup Blueberries
- 1 Lime
- Place all ingredients in blender
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into popsicle containers
