A tangy twist on juicy, fresh, wild-caught salmon flavored with lemony zest, spicy pepper and tamed by parmesan cheese. Each bite screams of flavor. I'm a lover of all things salmon and if you sift through enough recipes you'll find other delicious salmon dishes, but I especially like the kick lemon pepper brings to the table on this one (no pun intended).
With a newborn of merely 10 days old, I'm all about fast and easy. Seriously. I'm lucky if I can even fit a meal in let alone actually COOK one these days! Half the time I've got a baby in one arm while simultaneously trying to cook, blog, clean, apply make up and pet the dog with the other. So when I say this is easy, low maintenance and do-able for ANYONE, I'm serious!
