Greek Salad

If a salad could melt in your mouth, this one would. A beautiful blend of colors with a fresh and tangy taste. The thing I love about Greek Salads is that they are so customizable and any way you take it is wonderful. Also, the dressing is so clean and easy I don't know why anyone would bother with store bought, processed, no-good-for-you, crap at the store anymore! 

 

Salad:

  • 2 heads Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup Green Olives
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1.5 cups Feta Cheese (Try Chick Peas if you're vegan!)
 
 

Dressing:

  • 6 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 4 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 TSP Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 TSP Oregano
  • Squeeze Half A Lemon

Should be enough for 6 servings!
