I know, I know.... Kale?! Really... no one likes kale and if they say they do it's only because they are trying to convince themselves that they do. But seriously... this recipe might just turn those convincing lies into the real truth! It is so good! And really, I was not a huge fan of kale (until this recipe)... and that's coming from the vegetable queen!
With summer right around the corner, it's time to break out the barbecue and prepare for a feast! This bowl of greens will be a hit for every one. It's a perfect blend of creamy, salty goodness and I've even gotten kids and my husband to eat it! Only 6 ingredients, no dressing required and every mouth full has you wanting more! I typically pair it with a protein or have it as a side dish to our meal. It is packed with nutrients and healthy fats!

- Tear Kale into small pieces using your hands.
- Add avocado & lemon (use a lemon squeezer to avoid having to pick out the seeds!). Time to get your hands dirty! With your hands, massage the avocado into the kale until evenly spread.
- Toss with Cilantro, Green Onions & Garlic Salt
- 1 Bunch of Kale
- 1 Avocado
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Cilantro
- 1/4 Cup Green Onions
- 1 Lemon
- Garlic Salt to Taste
